3. Useful tips (from someone who has had 5/5 impact ratings for 22/24 weeks in PLDG):

• Pick something that excites you
• Aim to work in teams.
• Narrow your focus down to one tech partner and 1-2 projects that you like and complete them end to end.
• Be proactive and take ownership and reach out for help when you need it.
• Keep us informed about progress and blockers.
